Efikasi Diri, Motivasi Wirausaha, Dukungan Keluarga, dan Pendidikan Pengaruhnya terhadap Niat Berwirausaha

Abstract

Berdasarkan kondisi ekonomi yang ada untuk dapat berkontribusi dalam peningkatan ekonomi negara, solusi yang dapat diberikan adalah membuat usaha baru, karena itu, niat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa harus ditingkatkan agar dapat mengatasi keterbatasan lapangan kerja. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha seseorang dalam kewirausahaan ini seringkali ditemukan pada mahasiswa yang sedang menjalani pendidikan sarjana dan sedang merencanakan karir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh  efikasi diri, motivasi wirausaha, dukungan keluarga, dan pendidikan terhadap niat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling karena pengambilan sampel terbatas pada karakteristik tertentu sesuai dengan informasi yang diinginkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 126 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan efikasi diri, motivasi wirausaha, dukungan keluarga, dan pendidikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha.


 


Based on the existing economic conditions, to be able to contribute to improving the country's economy, the solution that can be given is to create a new business, therefore, entrepreneurial intentions among students must be increased in order to overcome limited employment opportunities. Many factors influence a person's entrepreneurial intentions in entrepreneurship. This is often found in students who are currently undergoing undergraduate education and are planning their careers. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, family support, and education on entrepreneurial intentions among Tarumanagara University students. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique because sampling is limited to certain characteristics according to the desired information. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire in the form of a Google form which was distributed to Tarumanagara University students. The total sample was 126 respondents. The data analysis tool used is SmartPLS. The results of this study show that self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, family support, and education have an influence on entrepreneurial intentions.
