Peran Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Motivasi Wirausaha dan Karakteristik Wirausaha terhadap Keberhasilan Berwirausaha

Abstract
Rapid population growth in Indonesia presents serious challenges in the era of globalization and industrialization, one of which is the lack of jobs. In the face of this situation, the role of entrepreneurs becomes crucial to stimulate economic growth. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, especially in Central Jakarta, are the focus of economic development, providing a positive impact by absorbing labor and increasing competitiveness. However, challenges still exist, especially in the culinary MSME sector in Central Jakarta, which faces difficulties in running a business due to lack of preparation, education, and management experience. Therefore, knowledge and entrepreneurial nature are the key to success for business owners in Central Jakarta to overcome obstacles and build sustainable businesses in a competitive environment. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurial characteristics on the success of entrepreneurship. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling approach. Data collection using likert scale questionnaire through google form to 80 culinary MSME owners in Central Jakarta. Data analysis using PLS - SEM method processed using SmartPLS software version 3. This research shows that entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial motivation have a significant positive effect on the success of culinary MSME entrepreneurship in Central Jakarta. Entrepreneurship characteristics have a positive but insignificant effect on the success of culinary Jakarta MSME entrepreneurship.
