Keberhasilan UMKM di Jakarta dengan Peran Perilaku Kewirausahaan Proaktif sebagai Variabel Moderasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperoleh bukti secara empiris mengenai adanya pengaruh antara variabel independen jaringan sosial terhadap variabel dependen keberhasilan UMKM, dengan mempertimbangkan peran variabel moderasi dalam penelitian ini, yaitu perilaku kewirausahaan proaktif, yang memoderasi hubungan antara jaringan sosial dan keberhasilan UMKM. Data sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 120 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji p-values, Jaringan Sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan UMKM, dan terdapat bukti statistik yang signifikan bahwa Perilaku Kewirausahaan Proaktif memiliki efek moderasi negatif yang signifikan pada hubungan antara Jaringan Sosial dan Keberhasilan UMKM.
 

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of social networks as the independent variable on the success of MSMEs as the dependent variable, considering the role of the variable of proactive entrepreneurial behavior, which moderates the relationship between social networks and MSME success in this research. The sample data in the study consisted of 120 respondents. This research adopts a descriptive quantitative approach processed using SmartPLS software version 4.0. Based on the results of p-values testing, Social Networks have a positive and significant impact on MSME success, and there is significant statistical evidence that Proactive Entrepreneurial Behavior has a significant negative moderating effect on the relationship between Social Networks and MSME success.
