Pengaruh Stress Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Jakarta

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia di perusahaan merupakan aspek yang penting untuk membantu perusahaan mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Tanpa sumber daya manusia yang baik, tujuan perusahaan akan sulit tercapai. Untuk mencapai tujuan itu, perusahaan harus memperhatikan apakah stress kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan bagaimana pengaruhnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Jakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Dengan formula Lemeshow, didapatkan hasil bahwa sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 97 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala Likert yang diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil yang didapatkan setelah mengolah data dari kuesioner adalah stress kerja berpengaruh seccara negatif dan signifikan, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
 

Human resources are one of the most important things for the company to help them reach their goals. Without them, it’s harder for companies to reach what they are aiming for. For that to happen, the company must pay attention to if work stress and workload each has effects on employee performance and how the effect could be. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of work stress and workload on employees in Jakarta. The population of this study is employees that work in Jakarta. This study applies non-probability sampling as the method. Calculated with Lemeshow formula, the sample of this study is around 97 respondents. Data collecting is done by questionnaire with Likert scale and calculated afterwards by SmartPLS software version 4. This study uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) as the method of data analysis. The result of this study shows that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The same result applies on workload, which also has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
