Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, loyalitas, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Giga Persada. Sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi karyawan yang berjumlah 110 orang. Metode penelitian sampel menggunakan desain non probabilitas yaitu teknik sampling jenuh dengan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square yang di gunakan dalam aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, loyalitas, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel eksogen hanya mampu menjelaskan variabel endogen sebesar 22%. Oleh karena itu diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat memilih variabel lain.
 

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, loyalty, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Giga Persada. The samples taken for this study were the entire employee population, totaling 110 people. The sample research method uses a non-probability design, namely the sampling technique is saturated with quantitative research and uses a questionnaire to collect data. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square which is used in the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of this study indicate that work motivation, loyalty, and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. From the research results the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that exogenous variables are only able to explain endogenous variables by 22%. Therefore, it is hoped that future researchers can choose other variables.
