Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Inovasi terhadap Kinerja UMKM Bidang Fashion

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar dan inovasi terhadap kinerja UMKM bidang fashion di Tanah Abang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 110 responden pemilik UMKM bidang bidang fashion di Tanah Abang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar langsung ke pemilik usaha. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dibantu dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan orientasi kewirausahaan dan inovasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, sedangkan orientasi pasar tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM.
 

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and innovation on the performance of SMEs in the fashion sector in Tanah Abang. The sample used in this study was 110 respondents who own SMEs in the fashion sector in Tanah Abang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data processing technique in this study was assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study show that entrepreneurial orientation and innovation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, while market orientation does not have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.
