Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. This study used a causal design with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all company employees, totaling 52 people. The sample selection technique used a saturated sample. The research instrument used a google form questionnaire. Analysis of research data using SmartPLS software version 3.3.9. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, leadership style and organizational culture have a positive but insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction.
