Pengaruh Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Performa Kerja Karyawan CV. Indo Jaya Logam

Abstract

Perusahaan harus memperhatikan berbagai aspek agar perusahaan bisa bersaing dan performanya pun meningkat, salah satu dari aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan yaitu Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). CV. Indo Jaya Logam adalah perusahaan penyedia alat perancah terkemuka yang digunakan selama proses pembangunan, perbaikan, maupun dekorasi suatu bangunan baik itu nasional maupun internasional. Untuk itu tentu perusahaan perlu memiliki Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang terampil untuk mendukung performa kerja perusahaannya. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan performa kerja karyawan atau SDM adalah dengan memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi performa kerja karyawan seperti Motivasi, dan Budaya Organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap performa kerja karyawan di CV. Indo Jaya Logam di wilayah Tangerang. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 31 karyawan dengan teknik pemilihan sampel total sampling, dan analisis data akan menggunakan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang diolah dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap performa kerja karyawan di CV. Indo Jaya Logam di wilayah Tangerang hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan untuk memperhatikan motivasi karyawannya dan budaya organisasi di perusahaan untuk meningkatkan performa kerja karyawannya.


 


Companies must pay attention to various aspects so that companies can compete and improve their performance, one of the important aspects that must be considered by companies is Human Resources (HR). CV. Indo Jaya Logam is a leading provider of scaffolding tools used during the process of building, repairing or decorating a building, both nationally and internationally. For that of course Companies need to have skilled Human Resources (HR) to support their company's work performance. One way to improve the work performance of employees or HR is to pay attention to factors factors that affect employee performance such as motivation and organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and organizational culture on the work performance of employees at CV. Indo Jaya Logam in the Tangerang area. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 31 employees using a total sampling technique, and data analysis used Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) which processed with SmartPLS Version 4 software. The results of this study indicate that motivation and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on the work performance of employees at CV. Indo Jaya Logam at Tangerang region the results of this study are expected to be useful for companies to pay attention to employee motivation and organizational culture in companies to improve employee performance.
