Abstract

Orange is a consumption ingredient that is liked by many people, it has a sweet taste and is easy to find in many parts of the world, making it a favorite food for many people. Many oranges are consumed as snacks and even a mixture of other food ingredients. But oranges have many different types and variants, different types also have different uses, such as limes for cooking, field oranges for direct consumption and so on. The best classification results for types of grapefruit, lemon, lime and kaffir lime occur in the neural network algorithm with f1-scores respectively 0.44, 0.89, 0.50, and 0.57. While the Medan oranges occur in the Decision Tree algorithm with an f1-score value of 0.55.
