PERAN PERSEPSI RISIKO, KREATIVITAS, DAN GREEN EDUCATION TERHADAP GREEN ENTERPRENEURIAL INTENTION MAHASISWA

Abstract
Aktivitas kewirausahaan berkontribusi penting pada pertumbuhan ekonomi namun berdampak buruk pada lingkungan Aktivitas bisnis yang dilakukan wirausaha menjadi faktor menurunnya kualitas lingkungan hidup. Kajian variabel independent penelitian yaitu persepsi risiko, kreativitas, dan green education untuk memprediksi niat kewirausahaan hijau pada mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Penelitian didasarkan kepada calon wirausaha pada mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara dengan mempertimbangkan lingkungan terhadap aktivitas kewirausahaan Penelitian menggunakan konklusif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Teori pada penelitian merupakan teori perilaku terencana (TPB) sebagai pengembangan teori terdahulu, teori tindakan beralasan (TRA) mengarah terhadap pemaparan tingkah laku manusia secara rasional sebagai sumber perkembangan teori dengan persamaan spesifikasi yaitu sikap terhadap tingkah laku norma subjektif dan persepsi kontrol perilaku. Penggambaran tingkah lakua manusia pada persepsi risiko, norma sujektif oleh kreativitas dan kontrol perilaku oleh green education Penelitian ini berhasil memperoleh 120 responden melalui penyebaran kuisioner secara online. Pengetesan hipotesis penelitian memanfaatkan Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) pada perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil pengetesan data menunjukan ketiga hipotesis pada penelitian yang mengukur pengaruh persepsi risiko, kreativitas, dan green education mampu memprediksi niat kewirausahaan hijau pada mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara secara positif. Penelitian berkontribusi untuk membantu mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara ataupun mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis selain Universitas Tarumanagara sebagai calon wirausaha untuk memahami persepsi risiko, kreativitas dan green education sebagai green entrepreneurial intention sebagai konsep bisnis dan pemahaman isu lingkungan.
Entrepreneurial activities make an important contribution to economic growth but have a negative impact on the environment. Business activities carried out by entrepreneurs are a factor in reducing the quality of the environment. Study of research independent variables, namely risk perception, creativity, and green education to predict green entrepreneurial intentions among Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University. The research is based on prospective entrepreneurs in Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University by considering the environment for entrepreneurial activities. The research uses conclusive descriptive sampling techniques with purposive sampling. The theory in the research is the theory of planned behavior (TPB) as a development of previous theories, the theory of reasoned action (TRA) which leads to the rational explanation of human behavior as a source of theory development with the same specifications, namely attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. Depiction of human behavior on risk perception, subjective norms by creativity and behavioral control by green education. This research succeeded in obtaining 120 respondents through distributing questionnaires online. Testing research hypotheses utilizes the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) on SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data testing show that the three hypotheses in the research measuring the influence of risk perception, creativity, and green education are able to predict green entrepreneurial intentions among Faculty Management students Tarumanagara University Economics and Business positively. The research contributes to helping students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University or students from the Faculty of Economics and Business other than Tarumanagara University as prospective entrepreneurs to understand risk perception, creativity and green education as green entrepreneurial intention as a business concept and understanding of environmental issues.
