The sample used in this study was 57 respondents who owned F&B (Food & Beverage) MSMEs in North Jakarta using purposive sampling techniques. In this study, data analysis was used with Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 application or software. The research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire through a google form which is distributed to research respondents in accordance with the sample criteria. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial ability and family support had a positive and significant effect on the happiness of F&B MSME entrepreneurs in North Jakarta, work-life balance had a positive but almost imperceptible and insignificant influence on the happiness of F&B MSME entrepreneurs in North Jakarta, then entrepreneurial ability had a positive and significant effect on the happiness of F&B MSME entrepreneurs in North Jakarta by moderating by family support and work-life balance have a negative and insignificant effect on the happiness of F&B MSME entrepreneurs in North Jakarta by being moderated by family support.
