PENGARUH INSENTIF TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PUBLIKASI KARYA ILMIAH DAN DAMPAKNYA PADA PENGEMBANGAN KARIER DOSEN

Abstract

Berlandaskan informasi dari Scimago Journal & Country Rank tahun 2022, Indonesia terletak di urutan 40 dunia serta 9 Asia dalam pemublikasian karya ilmiah. Salah satu aspek yang bisa mempengaruhi jumlah pemublikasian karya ilmiah ialah pemberian insentif. Tujuan riset ini ialah dalam rangka menganalisa pengaruh dari insentif kepada peningkatan publikasi karya ilmiah serta dampaknya pada pengembangan karier Dosen. Simple random sampling  dipakai sebagai cara pengumpulan sampel pada riset ini. Informasi riset diolah memakai aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil riset yang diperoleh membuktikan kalau insentif berakibat positif serta signifikan kepada peningkatan publikasi karya ilmiah, peningkatan publikasi karya ilmiah berakibat positif serta signifikan kepada pengembangan karier Dosen, insentif berakibat positif serta signifikan kepada pengembangan karier Dosen, serta insentif berakibat positif serta signifikan kepada pengembangan karier Dosen dengan melalui publikasi karya ilmiah.


 


Based on data from Scimago Journal & Country Rank in 2022, Indonesia is ranked 40th in the world, and ranked 9th in Asia in terms of publication of scientific papers. One of the factors that can be behind the number of publications of scientific papers is the provision of incentives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of incentives on increasing the publication of scientific papers and their impact on the career development of lecturers. Simple random sampling was used as a sampling technique in this study. The research data was processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the research obtained show that incentives have a positive and significant effect on the publication of scientific papers, the publication of scientific papers has a positive and significant effect on the career development of lecturers, incentives have a positive and significant effect on the career development of lecturers, and incentives have a
