PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, STRES KERJA DAN PERILAKU KEWARGAAN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA SALAH SATU PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dapat dikatakan sebagai suatu bagian terpenting dan dapat menjadi kunci kesuksesan bagi organisasi dalam bidang apapun. Apabila sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan merasa puas dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya, maka hal tersebut dapat sangat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan sering dikaitkan dengan motivasi kerja, stres kerja, serta perilaku kewargaan organisasional. Dengan rendahnya kepuasan kerja karyawan dalam perusahaan maka akan berisiko munculnya stres kerja yang dialami oleh pegawai, sehingga dapat membuat pegawai tidak termotivasi saat bekerja. Penelitian ini ditujukan agar dapat memahami dampak motivasi kerja, stres kerja, serta perilaku kewargaan organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT XYZ. Peneliti menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan survei kepada seluruh pekerja di industri dengan masa kerja selama satu tahun. Sampel yang didapatkan terdapat 55 responden dengan menggunakan penerapan purposive sampling. Proses analisis data dikerjakan secara kuantitatif dengan implementasi Structural Equation Modeling, pengolahan data dilakukan dengan program aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Analisis ini memperlihatkan motivasi kerja serta perilaku kewargaan organisasional memiliki pengaruh positive dengan berdampak substansial pada kepuasan kerja pekerja di PT XYZ, stres kerja memiliki pengaruh negative dengan tidak berdampak substansial pada kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menghasilkan manfaat nyata dengan memberikan masukan kepada perusahaan PT XYZ untuk memperhatikan


 


Human resources can be said to be an important part and can be the key to success for organizations in any field. If human resources in the company are satisfied in carrying out their work, then it can greatly affect the company's performance. Employee job satisfaction is often associated with work motivation, job stress, as well as organizational citizenship behavior. With low employee job satisfaction in the company, it will be at risk of work stress experienced by employees, so that it can make employees unmotivated while working. This research aims to understand the impact of job motivation, job stress and organizational citizenship behavior on PT XYZ employee job satisfaction. Researchers collect primary data by distributing surveys to all workers in the industry with at least one year of service. The samples obtained were from 55 respondents using purposive sampling. The data analysis process was carried out quantitatively with the implementation of Structural Equation Modeling, data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS version 3.3.3 application program. This analysis shows that job motivation and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive effect with a substantial impact on the job satisfaction of workers at PT XYZ, job stress has a negative effect with no substantial impact on job satisfaction. It is hoped that the results of this study will generate real benefits by providing input to the company PT XYZ to pay attention to the job satisfaction of its employees through job motivation, job stress and organizational citizenship behavior.
