FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

Abstract
Dalam era dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif, perusahaan perlu memahami berbagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, agar produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja dapat meningkat dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan dituntut untuk memperhatikan kinerja karyawan dengan memperhatikan variabel stres kerja, employee well-being, dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak stres kerja dan employee well-being terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT XYZ dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner pada penelitian ini dilakukan kepada karyawan PT XYZ sebanyak 160 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee well-being berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, employee well-being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh antara employee well-being terhadap kinerja karyawan.
In an increasingly competitive work environment, companies need to understand various factors that can affect employee performance to enhance productivity and work effectiveness. Therefore, companies are required to pay attention to employee performance by considering the variables of job stress, employee well-being, and work motivation. This study aims to determine the impact of job stress and employee well-being on employee performance at PT XYZ, with work motivation as a mediating variable. The type of research used is quantitative research, and the sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling with the simple random sampling method. The questionnaire distribution was conducted with 160 employees of PT XYZ as respondents. The results of the study indicate that job stress and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee well-being has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, job stress does not have a significant effect on work motivation, employee well-being has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation cannot mediate the effect of job stress on employee performance, and work motivation can mediate the effect of employee well-being on employee performance.
