Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of three key factors in human resource management - leadership style, work stress, and compensation - on employee job satisfaction levels. Using a survey of 105 employees at PT XYZ, an animal feed company, this study employs a Likert scale to measure respondent perceptions. Data analysis was conducted using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with SmartPLS4 software. The main contribution of this research lies in its comprehensive exploration of how these three variables influence job satisfaction in the context of the animal feed industry, particularly at PT XYZ. The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
