PENGARUH DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DAN DUKUNGAN FINANSIAL TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA PADA MAHASISWA DI UNIVERSITAS TARUMANAGARA

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dan dukungan finansial terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Universitas Tarumanagara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan analitis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang terdaftar di Universitas Tarumanagara, dengan sampel yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik ini digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa responden yang dipilih memiliki karakteristik yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian, yaitu mahasiswa yang memiliki ketertarikan terhadap kewirausahaan. Jumlah sampel yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 orang responden yang dipilih secara sengaja berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form. Kuesioner ini menggunakan skala Likert dengan rentang nilai 1 hingga 5 untuk mengukur tingkat persetujuan responden terhadap pernyataan yang ada. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh dukungan sosial dan dukungan finansial terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik dukungan sosial maupun dukungan finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Universitas Tarumanagara. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran penting tentang faktor-faktor yang dapat mendorong mahasiswa untuk memiliki minat dan keberanian dalam memulai usaha, serta pentingnya peran dukungan sosial dan finansial dalam mendorong perkembangan kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa.


 


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social support and financial support on students' interest in entrepreneurship at Tarumanagara University. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive and analytical research design. The population in this study were students enrolled at Tarumanagara University, with samples selected through purposive sampling techniques. This technique is used to ensure that the selected respondents have characteristics that are in accordance with the objectives of the study, namely students who have an interest in entrepreneurship. The number of samples involved in this study was 125 respondents who were selected intentionally based on certain criteria. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. This questionnaire uses a Likert scale with a value range of 1 to 5 to measure the level of respondent agreement with the existing statements. The data obtained were analyzed using regression analysis techniques to determine the extent to which social support and financial support influence students' interest in entrepreneurship. The results of the study indicate that both social support and financial support have a positive effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship at Tarumanagara University. These findings provide important insights into the factors that can encourage students to have an interest and courage in starting a business, as well as the importance of the role of social and financial support in encouraging the development of entrepreneurship among students.
