Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latar belakang bisnis keluarga, efikasi diri, motivasi, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswi FEB Universitas Tarumanagara. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswi dengan latar belakang bisnis keluarga yang telah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Data dikumpulkan dari 130 responden melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang bisnis keluarga dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, sementara efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kombinasi pengalaman praktis dan dukungan keluarga dalam meningkatkan niat berwirausaha. FEB UNTAR disarankan mengadakan lomba bisnis lintas fakultas, menyediakan inkubator bisnis, serta melakukan survei berkala untuk menyesuaikan program kewirausahaan. Langkah ini diharapkan meningkatkan niat berwirausaha mahasiswa dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi.


 


This study aims to examine the impact of family business background, self-efficacy, motivation, and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intentions of female students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University. The study population consists of female students with a family business background who have taken entrepreneurship courses. Datas were collected from 130 respondents via questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that family business background and motivation have a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions, while self-efficacy has a negative and insignificant effect, and entrepreneurship education has a positive but insignificant impact. This study highlights the importance of combining practical experience and family support to enhance entrepreneurial intentions. It is recommended that FEB Tarumanagara organize cross-faculty business competitions, provide business incubators, and conduct regular surveys to align entrepreneurship programs with students' needs. These steps are expected to increase students’ entrepreneurial intentions and support economic growth.
