Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Di PT. XYZ Di Jakarta

Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environments variables on job satisfaction. The sample is selected using convenience sampling by getting 50 respondents at PT XYZ in Jakarta. Method of collecting data from respondents by using Googleform. Method of data analysis with multiple regression analysis what helped by Partial Least Square versi 3.2.7. Based on Partial Least Square version 3.2.7 test result, showed organizational culture and work environments variables has significant value to job satisfaction at PT XYZ in Jakarta
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling dengan mendapatkan 50 responden pada PT XYZ di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data dari responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square versi 3.2.7. Berdasarkan hasil uji Partial Least Square versi 3.2.7, menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.
