Managerial Ownership, Leverage, Dan Growth Opportunity Sebagai Prediktor Firm Performance Perusahaan Manufaktur Di BEI

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine is difference in proportion managerial ownership, leverage and growth opportunity can be the predictor for firm performance. The subject at here is all the manufacture companies that listing in BEI for period 2013-2017 whitch had managerial ownership. The sampels which is obtained through purposive sampling method are 28 companies. To distinguish the differences dummy is used, companies that had managerial ownership below 10% in code 0 and the companies that had managerial ownership up to 10% in code 1. The result show that difference in proportion managerial ownership, leverage, and growth opportunity can be the preditctor for firm performance.



Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah perbedaan proporsi managerial ownership, leverage dan growth opportunity dapat menjadi prediktor firm performance. Subjek penelitian adalah semua perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2013-2017 yang memiliki kepemilikan managerial (managerial ownership). Sample diperoleh melalui purposive sampling sebanyak 28 perusahaan. Perbedaan proporsi dibedakan dengan menggunakan dummy Kelompok managerial ownership lebih kecil dari 10% dengan kode 0 dan perusahaan dengan managerial ownership lebih besar dari 10% dengan kode 1. Pengujian yang digunakan adalah uji analisis regresi berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan di perbedaan proporsi managerial ownership, leverage dan growth opportunity dapat menjadi prediktor firm performance.
