Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aims to determine whether parental socioeconomics, entrepreneurship education, and awareness of opportunities on interest in entrepreneurship among Tarumanagara University students exert an influence. This research uses a quantitative approach with sample selection using purposive sampling and non-probability sampling techniques. Data was collected using an online questionnaire, namely Google Form. Based on the 225 data collected, the data was then processed using SmartPLS 4th. By using SmartPLS analysis, the results of the outer loading analysis show that all variables used in this research, such as parental socioeconomics, entrepreneurship education, awareness of opportunities, and interest in entrepreneurship, are declared to meet the validity and reliability test criteria (composite reliability > 0,7). When a study is declared to have passed the outer loading test, it can proceed to the inner model stage to determine the influence exerted by exogenous variables on endogenous ones. Through the inner model test, parental socioeconomics, entrepreneurship education, and awareness of opportunities positively and significantly influence interest in entrepreneurship among Tarumanagara University students.
