Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Usaha UMKM Makanan di Jakarta Barat

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Keterampilan Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, Orientasi Penjualan, dan Jejaring terhadap Kinerja Usaha UMKM makanan di Jakarta Barat, serta menguji peran mediasi dari Kompetensi Kewirausahaan. dengan melibatkan 240 pemilik usaha yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, Keterampilan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, Orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, Orientasi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, Jejaring berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, Keterampilan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan, Jejaring berpengararuh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan, Keterampilan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha dimediasi oleh kompetensi kewirausahaan, Jejaring berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha dengan dimediasi oleh kompetensi kewirausahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor-faktor internal non-berwujud memiliki kontribusi penting dalam pencapaian kinerja UMKM makanan di Jakarta Barat.
This study aims to examine the influence of Entrepreneurial Skills, Market Orientation, Sales Orientation, and Networking on Business Performance of food-sector MSMEs in West Jakarta, while also testing the mediating role of Entrepreneurial Competence. A total of 240 business owners were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire The findings reveal that: Entrepreneurial competence has a positive and significant effect on business performance, Entrepreneurial skills positively and significantly influence business performance, Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on business performance, Sales orientation positively and significantly affects business performance, Networking has a positive and significant impact on business performance, Entrepreneurial skills positively and significantly influence entrepreneurial competence, Networking positively and significantly affects entrepreneurial competence, Entrepreneurial competence mediates the positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial skills on business performance; and ,Entrepreneurial competence also mediates the positive and significant effect of networking on business performance. These findings affirm that intangible internal factors have a significant contribution to the achievement of food MSME business performance in West Jakarta.
