Literasi Keuangan, Overconfidence, Herding dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Keputusan Investasi Saham Gen Z di Jakarta Barat

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah investor saham yang ada di Indonesia membuat munculnya penelitian ini. Dimana penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, overconfidence dan herding behavior terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi generasi z di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan penggunaan teknik pemilihan sampel non probability sampling, dengan purposive sampling sebagai pemilihan sampelnya. Sampel yang ada pada penelitian ini merupakan para investor saham baik investor baru maupun lama, dan data data yang didapatkan akan diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4. Penelitian ini menemukan hasil bahwa semua variabel yaitu literasi keuangan, overconfidence dan herding behavior berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi saham generasi z di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu para investor saham untuk dapat bersikap rasional saat pengambilan keputusan investasi khususnya investasi saham.


The increasing number of stock investors in Indonesia has led to the emergence of this study. Where this study will analyze the influence of financial literacy, overconfidence and herding behavior on investment decision making of generation z in West Jakarta. This study will use a Quantitative approach with the use of non probability sampling sample selection techniques, with purposive sampling as the sample selection. The samples in this study are stock investors, both new and old investors, and the data will be processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS version 4. This study found that financial literacy, overconfidence and herding behavior have a significant positive effect on investment decision of generation z stocks in West Jakarta. This study aims to help stock investors to be rational when making investment decisions, especially high-risk stock investments.
