Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kepuasan kerja karyawan dan meneliti pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 60, yang diambil dengan menggunakan puposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis partial least square- structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah relatif tinggi. Dari tiga variabel independen yang teliti, variabel kompensasi dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja; sedangkan, variabel lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dari dua variabel independen yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, variabel kompensasi merupakan variabel yang lebih dominan. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan mengevaluasi kembali startegi kompensasinya agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawannya.
This study aims to assess employee job satisfaction and examine the influence of compensation, work motivation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The sample size for this study is 60, selected using purposive sampling. The research employs Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis. The findings indicate that the level of employee job satisfaction is relatively high. Among the three independent variables studied, compensation and work motivation have a positive effect on job satisfaction, while the work environment variable does not significantly impact job satisfaction. Among the two independent variables that influence job satisfaction, compensation is the most dominant factor. Therefore, this study recommends that the company reevaluate its compensation strategy to further enhance employee job satisfaction.
