Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja UMKM Coffee Shop di Jakarta

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh inovasi, kualitas produk, dan penggunaan e-commerce terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM coffee shop di Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif konklusif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan non-probability dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 85 responden, yang merupakan pemilik UMKM coffee shop di Jakarta Barat yang sudah menggunakan e-commerce. Penelitian menemukan bahwa inovasi, kualitas produk, dan penggunaan e-commerce berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM coffee shop di Jakarta Barat. Ketiga hipotesis penelitian diterima dengan dukungan dari berbagai penelitian sebelumnya.
This research aims to examine the influence of innovation, product quality, and the use of e-commerce on the business performance of coffee shop MSMEs in West Jakarta. The research method used is conclusive descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses non-probability with purposive sampling method with a sample size of 85 respondents, who are MSME coffee shop owners in West Jakarta who have used e-commerce. Research finds that innovation, product quality, and the use of e-commerce have a positive effect on the business performance of coffee shop MSMEs in West Jakarta. The three research hypotheses are accepted with support from various previous studies. Researchers recommend developing research by expanding the sample area, looking for other variables, and optimizing the use of e-commerce for coffee shop MSMEs to improve business performance.
