Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh TQM, beban kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 84 orang atau seluruh karyawan Kokuo Family Massage & Reflexology di cabang Lotte Mall. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner Google Form secara online dan kemudian data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah TQM berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian beban kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan adapun Gaya Kepemimpinan yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan variabel manajemen sumber daya manusia lainnya dan disarankan pula untuk perluasan batasan populasi guna untuk menghasilkan data yang relevan dengan cangkupan data yang lebih besar.


The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of TQM, workload and leadership style on employee performance. The population of this study is 84 people or all empolyees of Kokuo Family Massage & Reflexology at Lotte Mall. The method used in data collection is to distribute Google-Form questionnaries online and then the data is analyzed using SEM-PLS. The result of this study are TQM has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, then Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and Leadership Styles has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. For further research, it is recommended to use other human resource management variables and it is also recommended to expand population boundaries in order to produce relevant data with greater data coverage.
