Abstract

The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 131 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the aid of SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.8. The findings reveal that material incentives, such as basic salaries, bonuses, and commissions, as well as non-material incentives, including job recognition, constructive feedback, and positive relationships with supervisors, have a positive and significant impact on employee retention. By understanding these factors, companies can develop more effective strategies for sustainably managing their workforce.
