Perbandingan Motivasi Kerja, Sosial Dan Ekonomi Antara Wirausaha Pria Dan Wanita Di Jakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the comparation of work, social and economic motivation between male and female entrepreneur in Jakarta. Sample was selected using nonprobabiliy sampling method amounted to 100 respondents in Jakarta. Data processing techniques using IBM SPSS 23 program. The result of this study shows that there is no significant difference between male and female entrepreneurs on work motivation in Jakarta and there is a significant difference between male and female entrepreneurs on social and economic motivation in Jakarta.


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji perbandingan motivasi kerja, sosial dan ekonomi antara wirausaha pria dan wanita di Jakarta. Sampel dipilih dengan metode nonprobabiliy sampling sebesar 100 responden di Jakarta. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan program IBM SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada motivasi kerja tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara wirausaha pria dan wanita di Jakarta dan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada wirausaha pria dan wanita di Jakarta pada motivasi sosial dan ekonomi.
