Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Pengetahuan Manajemen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Chandra Ekajaya Logistik Indonesia

Abstrak
The purpose of this research is to determine work motivation and management knowledge on employee performance. The population in this study were 60 employees and the sample used was descriptive / simple random sampling method prioritizing questionnaires as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool was then used as the main raw material for processing data, as many as 50 respondents using the slovin’s formula, data analysis technique using SmartPLS version.3.0. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, management knowledge has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Chandra Ekajaya Logistik Indonesia.
