Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas, dan Inovasi terhadap Keberhasilan UMKM Kedai Kopi

Abstract
Coffee Shop is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises which is currently a trend. The success of the Coffee Shop UMKM strategy must have a strategy that has broad implications for entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation. This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation on entrepreneurial intentions in achieving the success of UMKM Coffee Shops in West Jakarta. This study used a quantitative method with purposive sampling taking 40 respondents from coffee shop UMKM entrepreneurs in West Jakarta. There are three hypotheses to be tested, namely the success of entrepreneurial knowledge, creativity, and innovation. The data analysis method obtained in this study used PLS-SEM which was calculated through the SmartPLS 3 software with the inner model test method. The result of this study is that there is a positive influence on entrepreneurial creativity and innovation while there is no positive effect on entrepreneurial knowledge. It is hoped that the results of this research can become knowledge in running MSME businesses, especially in the field of coffee shops.
