Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Kompetensi, dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Loyalitas Pegawai di Taspen Life Jakarta

Abstract

Dalam suatu perusahaan tingkat loyalitas dari karyawan merupakan salah satu hal yang memiliki peran penting guna meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dan akan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas perusahaan. Ada berbagai cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan Taspen Life untuk mempertahankan karyawannya yakni salah satunya dengan memperkuat sistem layanan dan sinergi antar karyawan dengan perusahaan melalui kesesuaian kompetensi karyawan dan menjaga kepuasan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kompetensi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan di Taspen Life, Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan peneliti dengan penelitian langsung yakni menggunakan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan Taspen Life sebanyak 87 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang telah diolah oleh peneliti dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4.0.8.4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan Taspen Life, sedangkan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh. Hasil Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan pada perusahaan Taspen Life untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan serta menetapkan kebijakan dalam hal loyalitas karyawan melalui gaya kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sehingga hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan dan membantu perusahaan dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan yang telah disusun sebelumnya.
 

In a company, the level of loyalty from employees is one thing that has an important role in increasing the productivity of company employees and will affect productivity. There are various ways that the Taspen Life company can do to retain its employees, one of it is by strengthening the service system and synergy between employees and the company through fulfilling employee competencies and maintaining job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, competence, and organizational commitment on employee loyalty at Taspen Life. This study used primary data obtained by researchers through direct research, namely by distributing questionnaires to all Taspen Life employees as many as 87 respondents using purposive techniques. The analytical method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a quantitative approach that has been processed by researchers with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0.8.4 Software application. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and organizational warnings have a positive and significant effect on Taspen Life employee loyalty, while competence has no effect. The results of this research are expected to provide input to the Taspen Life company to make decisions and establish policies in terms of employee loyalty through job satisfaction and organizational commitment so that this can increase employee loyalty and assist the company in realizing the company goals that have been prepared previously.
