Pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Manajemen Karier terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation, work environment, and career management on employee job satisfaction. This study used questionnaires as a research instrument. The sample size of this study was 50 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis method used the Structural Equation Model method in smartPLS software version 4. The results of this study indicated that motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the work environment and career management have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to be used as suggestions for companies to increase employee job satisfaction.
