Pengaruh Jaringan Usaha, Inovasi Produk, dan Persaingan Usaha terhadap Perkembangan Usaha UMKM

Abstract
The background of this research is because there are increasingly advanced changes in people’s lives who want everything easily and quickly, including the need for ground spices. The business opportunity from ground spices is still wide and growing among many culinary entrepreneurs and this can be used as a profitable target market. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business networks, product innovation, and business competition on the development of MSMEs in South Jakarta ground spices. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire technique available from various ground spices business actors. The population in this study are ground spice businesses in South Jakarta. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling with the sampling technique namely purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 60 respondents in the ground spice business in South Jakarta. Three hypotheses were formulated and data was processed using SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The results of this study indicate that business networks have a positive and significant effect on the development of SMEs, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on the development of SMEs and business competition has a positive and significant effect on the development of SMEs. Researchers suggest that ground spices businesses in South Jakarta are able to increase collaboration with more suppliers, design products with their own uniqueness, and increase competitiveness in order to remain ahead of competitors.
