Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Literasi Digital, Jiwa Kepemimpinan, dan Lingkungan terhadap Keputusan Berwirausaha

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, digital literacy, leadership spirit, and environment to Culinary MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Jabodetabek. The sample selection technique in this study used convenience sampling. The sample in this study is people who like the culinary field with a total of 200 respondents. The data were analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study found that there is a negative and insignificant effect of entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial decisions, digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial decisions, leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on entrepreneurial decisions and the environment has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial decisions.
