Pengaruh Entrepreneurship Education, Gender, Age, dan Family Background terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention pada Mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, jenis kelamin, umur, dan latar belakang keluarga terhadap niat wirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh gelar sarjana di Universitas Tarumanagara dengan total sebanyak 85 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh yang positif tidak signifikan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat wirausaha, jenis kelamin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat wirausaha, umur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat wirausaha, latar belakang keluarga berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap niat wirausaha.


 


This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education, gender, age, and family background on entrepreneurial intentions in Tarumanagara University students. The sample selection technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with the convenience sampling method. The sample in this study were students who were pursuing a bachelor's degree at Tarumanagara University with a total of 85 respondents. The data were analyzed using the SEM method with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study found that there was a positive and insignificant effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions, gender had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, age had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, family background had positive and insignificant effect on entrepreneurial intentions.
