Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Kewirausahaan, Dukungan Sosial, dan Dukungan Edukasi terhadap Intensi Kewirausahaan Sosial pada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi di Jakarta

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris terkait pengaruh efikasi diri kewirausahaan, dukungan sosial dan dukungan edukasi terhadap intensi kewirausahaan sosial. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dengan metode convenience sampling adalah sebanyak 372 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri kewirausahaan dan dukungan sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan sosial. Variabel dukungan edukasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang lemah dan tidak signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan sosial.

 

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, social support and educational support on social entrepreneurial intentions. The research design used was quantitative research and used a questionnaire for data collection. The number of samples obtained by the convenience sampling method amounted to 372 students. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as the data analysis techniques. The results showed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy and social support variables had a positive and significant effect on social entrepreneurial intentions. The educational support variable has a weakly positive and insignificant effect on social entrepreneurship intentions.
