Evaluasi implementasi team-based learning dilihat dari perspektif jenis kelamin mahasiswa

Abstract

Team-based learning (TBL) merupakan metode pembelajaran aktif yang menekankan kolaborasi tim yang dapat diterapkan pada lingkungan kelas berskala besar. Penerapan TBL mencerminkan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada mahasiswa. Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara (FK Untar) mulai mengimplementasikan metode ini pada awal semester genap tahun akademik 2022/2023. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi TBL pada blok sistem muskuloskeletal dari perspektif mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Desain studi ini bersifat cross-sectional dengan teknik pengambilan data convenience sampling. Evaluasi implementasi TBL dinilai dengan menggunakan kuesioner, yang dikembangkan Inuwa, meliputi aspek motivasi, kerja tim, tujuan pembelajaran, penerapan pengetahuan, dan fasilitas. Sebanyak 147 mahasiswa yang menjalani blok sistem muskuloskeletal bersedia menjadi responden. Rerata total skor evaluasi pada mahasiswa laki-laki sebesar 4,6 (0,5) sedangkan pada perempuan sebesar 4,5 (0,5). Hasil t-test independent menunjukkan p-value >0,05, yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan perspektif yang signifikan antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan dalam mengevaluasi pelaksanaan TBL. Mahasiswa laki-laki maupun perempuan memiliki perspektif yang hampir sama terkait implementasi TBL secara keseluruhan.
