EVALUASI TAMAN LITERASI MARTHA CHRISTINA TIAHAHU, BLOK M, JAKARTA SELATAN

Abstract
Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu is one of the parks in South Jakarta Since 2020, This park is empty of visitors due to the absence of activities and facilities that attract visitors since 2020. In 2018, the government start to build public transportation facilities and infrastucture in the area around the park with the aim of making the use of public transportation the priority. The revitalization of Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu was carried out by PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta start from august 2021 until September 2022. Therefore, there needs to be further research of study regarding public perseptions and preferences for the Taman literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu. The objective of this research is to identify visitors' perceptions and preferences regarding the types of activities and facilities available at the park using interview methods and a Likert scale that uses several indicator questions. The benefits of studying visitor perceptions and preferences are to determine the performance of the facilities available in the park. Apart from that, to find out what facilities and activities do not yet exist and might be needed by park visitors. The indicators consist of facilities, literacy concepts, safety, social benefits, and environmental benefits. The research data used in this research is through observation, journals, secondary data, and the results of 80 questionnaires that have been distributed to visitors of Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results show that the majority of visitors are satisfied with the park facilities, but there are still quite a lot of indicators that need to be improved to maximize the existing potential.

Abstrak
Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu merupakan salah satu taman di Jakarta Selatan. Taman ini sepi oleh pengunjung dikarenakan tidak adanya aktivitas dan fasilitas yang menarik pengunjung sejak 2020. Pada tahun 2018 pemerintah mulai membangun sarana dan prasarana transportasi publik di area sekitar taman dengan tujuan agar penggunaan transportasi publik dapat lebih diprioritaskan. Revitalisasi Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu mulai dilakukan oleh PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta, yang merupakan anak perusahaan PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta mulai Agustus 2021 hingga September 2022. Oleh karena itu, perlu ada penelitian atau studi lebih lanjut mengenai persepsi dan preferensi masyarakat terhadap Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi dan preferensi pengunjung mengenai jenis aktivitas dan fasilitas yang tersedia pada taman dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan skala likert yang menggunakan beberapa indikator pertanyaan. Manfaat dari studi persepsi dan preferensi pengunjung untuk mengetahui kinerja dari suatu fasilitas yang tersedia pada taman. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui fasilitas dan aktivitas apa yang belum ada dan kemungkinan dibutuhkan oleh pengunjung taman. Indikator-indikator terdiri dari fasilitas, konsep literasi, keamanan, manfaat sosial, dan manfaat lingkungan. Data penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, jurnal terkait, data sekunder, dan hasil dari penyebaran 80 kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada pengunjung Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu. Berdasarkan analisis yang sudah dilakukan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pengunjung merasa puas dengan fasilitas taman, akan tetapi masih cukup banyak indikator yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang ada.
