STUDI TINGKAT KEPUASAN TERHADAP FASILITAS PEJALAN KAKI DI LOW EMISSION ZONE KOTA TUA

Abstract

Jakarta Old Town is a cultural heritage area that has a long history with several revitalizations and has become a destination for local and foreign tourists. There are many cities around the world that have combined walkability with tourist destinations that prioritize pedestrians, a good level of walkability can increase comfort and safety for pedestrians using pedestrian facilities. However, there has been little research done in terms of the pedestrian expectations and satisfaction that addresses walking-related indicators in the low-emission zone of Old Town, a cultural heritage area. The main objective of this study is to identify the expectations and satisfaction levels of visitors walking in the Old Town Low Emission Zone with questionnaire questions using the Likert scale method in the respondent's perspective section using indicators related to pedestrian facilities ranging from accessibility, connectivity, continuity, safety, facilities, social benefits, economic benefits, and environmental benefits. Data from this research was collected through observation, government agencies, and 90 questionnaires that have been distributed to visitors who have experienced walking in the study area, namely the Old Town Low Emission Zone. After the analysis, the results show that visitors or pedestrians in the Old Town Low Emission Zone are overall satisfied with the pedestrian facilities in the Old Town Low Emission Zone but there are several variables that need to be improved so that visitors can feel even more satisfied in the future.

Abstrak


Kota Tua Jakarta merupakan kawasan cagar budaya yang memiliki sejarah yang panjang dengan melewati beberapa kali revitalisasi dan sudah menjadi tujuan destinasi bagi wisatawan lokal maupun wisatawan luar negeri. Terdapat banyak kota-kota di dunia yang telah menggabungkan kemampuan berjalan kaki dengan tujuan wisata yang memprioritaskan pejalan Kaki. Tingkat kemampuan berjalan kaki yang baik dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi pejalan kaki yang menggunakan fasilitas pejalan kaki. Meskipun demikian, tidak terdapat banyak penelitian yang dilakukan mengenai tingkat kepuasan pejalan kaki yang membahas indikator yang berhubungan dengan berjalan kaki di Zona Rendah Emisi Kota Tua, yang merupakan kawasan cagar budaya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kepuasan pengunjung yang berjalan kaki di Zona Rendah Emisi Kota Tua dengan pertanyaan kuesioner yang menggunakan Skala Likert pada bagian perspektif responden yang menggunakan indikator yang berhubungan dengan fasilitas pejalan kaki mulai dari aksesibilitas, konektivitas, kontinuitas, keamanan, fasilitas, manfaat sosial, manfaat ekonomi, dan manfaat lingkungan. Data dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, instansi pemerintah, dan 90 kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada pengunjung yang sudah mengalami berjalan kaki di area studi yaitu Zona Rendah Emisi Kota Tua. Setelah dilakukan analisis, hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung atau pejalan kaki di Zona Rendah Emisi Kota Tua secara keseluruhan sudah merasa puas terhadap fasilitas pejalan kaki di Zona Rendah Emisi Kota Tua akan tetapi terdapat beberapa variabel yang perlu ditingkatkan agar pengunjung dapat merasa lebih puas lagi kedepannya.
