PENERAPAN KONSEP FIGITAL PADA RUMAH MODE SANTA

Abstract

Commercial buildings, especially in the trade sector, are important in the scope of people's lives. The roles of sellers and buyers are mutually beneficial to each other in seeking profit and daily needs. Market is one of the trade sectors that we often find in residential areas. Santa Market, which is located in Kebayoran Baru, becomes a means of trade and complements the needs in residential areas. Santa's Market which was built in 1970 has a history that is deeply embedded in the experience and memory of its visitors, so that it often makes the visitors feel nostalgic. This market began to be recognized again in 2014-2015 with a creative economy development strategy involving the young/millennial generation. With the phenomenon of changes in consumer behavior and the involvement of various generations, market economic growth becomes unstable. The urban acupuncture strategy offered is in the form of following the interests of today's society and technological developments that make this market more modern on keeping up with the times. Commercial space does not only require physical space, but also digitally so that phygital spaces are integrated with each other. The technology here uses machines to follow people's interest in e-commerce and fashion which is one of the top aspects of people's interest in trade sector. Vending machine as the building system is being used for the sake of speed and efficiency of public services. Containers are used as a means of storing and displaying products and used for building facade. Santa House of Fashion will accommodate in trade (fashion), entertainment and social activities for the community.

Abstrak


Bangunan komersial terutama di sektor perdagangan termasuk penting dalam lingkup kehidupan masyarakat. Peran penjual dan pembeli saling menguntungkan satu sama lain dalam mencari keuntungan demi keberlangsungan hidup dan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Pasar merupakan salah satu dari sektor perdagangan yang sering kali kita temukan di lingkup kawasan permukiman. Pasar Santa, yang berada di Kebayoran Baru merupakan sarana perdagangan dan pelengkap kebutuhan di kawasan permukiman. Pasar Santa yang dibangun pada tahun 1970 memiliki sejarah yang tertanam cukup dalam pada pengalaman dan memori pengunjungnya, sehingga sering kali membuat pengunjung bernostalgia. Pasar ini mulai dikenal kembali terutama pada masyarakat luas pada tahun 2014-2015 dengan strategi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang melibatkan generasi muda/milenial. Dengan terjadinya fenomena perubahan perilaku konsumen dan terlibatnya berbagai generasi ini membuat pertumbuhan ekonomi pasar tidak stabil. Strategi urban akupunktur yang ditawarkan berupa mengikuti ketertarikan masyarakat pada zaman sekarang dan perkembangan teknologi yang membuat pasar ini lebih terangkat dalam mengikuti zaman. Komersial tidak hanya membutuhkan ruang secara fisik, tetapi juga secara digital sehingga terbentuk ruang fisik dan digital (phygital) yang saling terintegrasi. Teknologi di sini menggunakan bantuan mesin untuk mengikuti ketertarikan masyarakat terhadap perdagangan elektronik dan fashion yang menjadi salah satu aspek teratas minat masyarakat. Sistem yang digunakan merupakan sistem vending machine dalam skala bangunan demi kecepatan dan ke-efisiensian pelayanan publik. Kontainer digunakan sebagai sarana penyimpanan dan tampilan produk maupun bangunan (fasad). Rumah Mode Santa akan mewadahi aktivitas perdagangan (fashion), hiburan dan sosial masyarakat.
