ANALISIS PENYEBAB KETERLAMBATAN PADA PROYEK X DI SLIPI MENGGUNAKAN METODE RELATIVE IMPORTANCE INDEX (RII)
Main Article Content
Abstract
One of the important variables that determine the success of a construction project is the duration of said project. There are many factors that can negatively affect a project’s duration, from design to finishing, causing delays in the long term. This study aims to identify and determine the highest ranking of delay factors in a high-rise building project. In this study, data is obtained quantitatively by distributing questionnaires to the construction actors of Project X in Slipi, West Jakarta. Analysis of the data’s validity and reliability is conducted using the IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software, and the significance of each variable is determined with the RII (Relative Importance Index) method using Microsoft Excel. 12 out of 20 variables in this study are deemed valid and reliable according to the analysis results. Out of those 12 factors, the highest ranking of delay factors in Project X is inadequate site management, with an RII score of 0.7292.
