Abstract

Perkembangan e-niaga (e-commerce) di Indonesia sangat pesat dan diproyeksikan akan mengalami lonjakan yang signifikan dikarenakan pesatnya pertumbuhan kalangan menengah, infrastruktur IT, dan perilaku konsumen terhadap e-niaga. Dalam penelitian-penelitian lain di negara yang telah maju e-niaga-nya, terjadi berbagai implikasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan space, supply chain, perubahan struktur organisasi, interaksi virtual dan fisik, perilaku konsumen serta strategi real estate. Real estate komersial berkaitan erat dengan space yang disediakan untuk retail sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen, oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui besarnya retail yang telah menerapkan e-niaga, mengetahui bagaimana supply chain bergerak dibelakang e-niaga, bagaimana interaksi virtual dan fisik, mengetahui peran space support system, mengetahui perilaku belanja online terhadap pengunjung mall sehingga memudahkan pemahaman terhadap fenomena e-niaga yang terjadi dalam kacamata urban dan real estate.
