PERAN KEBANGGAAN TERHADAP ORGANISASI SEBAGAI MEDIATOR HUBUNGAN ANTARA KESEIMBANGAN KEHIDUPAN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA

Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Peran Kebanggaan Terhadap Organisasi Sebagai Mediator Hubungan Antara Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja. Kebanggaan terhadap organisasi merupakan perasaan bangga yang individu rasakan sebagai hasil pengidentifikasian diri dengan organisasi yang memiliki reputasi dan rekam jejak yang bagus, di mana individu tersebut terlibat. Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja adalah kemampuan individu untuk membagi waktunya secara seimbang untuk kepentingan yang bersifat pekerjaan, seperti penyelesaian tugas, dan non-pekerjaan atau di luar pekerjaan, seperti keluarga, hobi, pendidikan, dan olah raga. Kepuasan kerja adalah variabel yang merefleksikan perasaan individu mengenai pekerjaannya dan aspek lingkungan kerjanya. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 111 dengan menggunakan sample convenience sampling. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebangaan terhadap organisasi sebagai full mediator dalam hubungan antara keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Oleh karena itu kebanggaan organisasi dapat meningkatkan pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Nilai hubungan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kebanggaan terhadap organisasi adalah t = 2.53. Kebangaan terhadap organisasi dan kepuasan kerja adalah t = 8.43. Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah t = 1.16. Karyawan yang memiliki kenyamanan dalam pekerjaannya dan memiliki keseimbangan kehidupan kerja yang efektif, akan merasa bangga bekerja pada perusahaan tersebut. Kebangaan terhadap organisasi menunjukkan perasaan yang kuat dan peduli yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.
