Abstract

This study aims to look at the role of negative affection as a mediator between organizational justice and counterproductive-organizational work behavior. Negative affection is a general condition of subjective stress and unpleasant conditions including anger, disgust and so on. Organizational justice is the employee's personal evaluation of ethical and moral position on what the company does. Counterproductive-organizational work behavior is a variety of intentional behaviors that harm, including financially, the organization such as theft. The sampling method used is convenience sampling. The number of sample in this study are 73 people. Data analysis method is regression. The results of this study are: (1) it is not proven that organizational justice affects counterproductive-organizational work behavior (significance> 0.05); (2) it cannot be concluded that there is an indirect relationship between organizational justice and counterproductive-organizational work behavior because any direct effect of organizational justice on counterproductive-organizational work behavior cannot be proven; (3) it is proven that organizational justice affects negative affections with ? = -0,388 (p <0.05); (4) it is proven that negative affection affects counterproductive-organizational work behavior with ? = 0.403 (p <0.05).
