This makes the hospitality business competition even tighter. Hotel entrepreneurs must strive to improve hotel quality by providing facilities that can support hotel guest activities and attractive hotel interiors for visitors. This study uses a qualitative method, carried out by analyzing data based on survey results and literature followed by an exploratory method by preparing programmatic concepts and design processes.
