GAMBARAN KAPASITAS VITAL PAKSA PADA PASIEN PPOK RUMAH SAKIT SUMBER WARAS JAKARTA BARAT TAHUN 2023

Abstract

Penyakit paru obstruktif kronik dalam penegakan diagnosisnya dapat melihat rasio Volume Ekspirasi Paksa dalam 1 detik (VEP1) / Kapasital Vital Paksa (KVP) yang diukur dengan spirometer. Kedua komponen tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor seperti usia, jenis kelamin, berat badan, tinggi badan, dan status gizi. Sampai saat ini penelitian sebelumnya kurang membahas peranan faktor terhadap variasi KVP, oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini akan meneliti karakteristik KVP pada pasien PPOK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran KVP berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, berat badan, tinggi badan, dan indeks massa tubuh. Terdapat 222 data spirometri pasien PPOK Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras Jakarta Barat tahun 2023 yang digunakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Variabel yang digunakan adalah usia, jenis kelamin, berat badan, tinggi badan, dan indeks massa tubuh. Data pasien PPOK dari tahun 2023 dikumpulkan dengan teknik non-random sampling, setelah itu data diproses dan disertakan dalam bentuk tabel. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil KVP menurun seiring dengan bertambahnya kelompok usia. Pasien laki-laki memiliki rata-rata KVP lebih tinggi sebesar 2,09 L (0,629) dibandingkan dengan pasien perempuan. Selain itu, pasien dengan tinggi badan lebih dari 1,68 m menunjukkan KVP yang lebih tinggi, dengan rata-rata 2,32 L (0,60). Berat badan berkorelasi dengan peningkatan KVP, namun pada tiga kelompok berat badan terakhir terjadi penurunan KVP. IMT memiliki variasi nilai dan prediksi KVP. Variasi dalam penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa adanya keterkaitan antara hasil nilai KVP berdasarkan faktor usia, jenis kelamin, berat badan, tinggi badan, dan indeks massa tubuh.
