HUBUNGAN KUALITAS TIDUR DENGAN TINGKAT AKTIVITAS FISIK PADA MASYARAKAT TOMANG JAKARTA BARAT

Abstract








Sleep quality has an impact on physical activity. Improved poor sleep quality is one of the factors that lead to a sedentary lifestyle. Data related to sleep quality and physical activity in the Tomang sub-district are still limited. This study aims to determine the quality of sleep, the level of physical activity and the relationship between sleep quality and the level of physical activity in the community of Tomang, West Jakarta. The research is an analytical observation with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects were the population that met the inclusion criteria including men and women aged 20-65 years, healthy condition and received informed consent. The study was conducted on 50 respondents and the sampling was done by consecutive sampling. This research was conducted in July-August 2022 at the Tomang sub-district office, West Jakarta. Collecting data using a questionnaire consisting of a questionnaire with the characteristics of age, gender, age, type of work, sleep quality and level of physical activity. Physical activity level using Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) and sleep quality using PSQI. Data related to physical activity and sleep quality consisted of respondent's characteristic data and fisher's exact test statistical test for the relationship between physical activity and sleep quality. The results of the study were 39 (78%) female respondents and 11 (22%) male respondents, the age range of the research respondents was 19-63 years and 39 respondents were unmarried. Based on the work of 34 employee respondents, 14 housewives respondents. length of working hours Based on 39 (78%) respondents working hours >= 8 hours per day. Based on the quality of sleep 33 (66%) respondents had poor sleep quality and based on the results of the level of physical activity 31 (62%) respondents had light activity levels and 19 (38%) moderate levels of physical activity. Based on the total duration of the problem in minutes/sitting, the results obtained were 15650/day with an average of 313 ± 117.2 minutes/day. There is no relationship between sleep quality and physical activity. Respondents with good sleep quality had normal physical activity 2.7 times compared to respondents with poor sleep quality.





Kualitas tidur berdampak pada aktivitas fisik. Peningkatan kualitas tidur yang buruk salah satu faktor terjadi gaya hidup yang sedentary. Data terkait kualitas tidur serta aktivitas fisik di lingkungan kelurahan Tomang masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas tidur, tingkat aktivitas fisik serta hubungan kualitas tidur dengan tingkat akivitas fisik pada masyarakat kelurahan Tomang Jakarta Barat. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah analitik observational dengan disain potong lintang. Subjek penelitian adalah populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi meliputi laki laki dan perempuan berumur 20-65 tahun, kondisi sehat dan bersedia menandatangani informed consent. Penelitian dilakukan pada 50 responden dan pengambilan subjek dilakukan secara consecutive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Juli-Agustus 2022 secara luring di kantor kelurahan Tomang Jakarta Barat. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner yang terdiri dari kuisioner dengan karakteristik subjek yaitu usia, jenis kelamin, usia, jenis pekerjaan, kualitas tidur dan tingkat aktivitas fisik. Tingkat aktivitas fisik menggunakan Global Physical Activity Questionaire (GPAQ) serta kualitas tidur menggunakan PSQI. Data penelitian terkait aktivitas fisik dan kualitas tidur terdiri dari data karakteristik responden dan uji statistik fisher exact test untuk hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas tidur. Hasil penelitian adalah 39 (78%) responden perempuan dan 11(22%) responden laki-laki, rentang usia responden peneitian 19-63 tahun dan 39 responden belum menikah. Berdasarkan pekerjaan 34 respondenn karyawan, 14 responden ibu rumah tangga. Berdasarkan lama jam kerja maka 39 (78%) responden jam kerjanya >= 8 jam per hari. Berdasarkan kualitas tidur 33 (66%) responden mempunyai kualitas tidur buruk dan berdasarkan hasil tingkat aktivitas fisik 31 (62%) responden tingkat aktivitas fisik ringan dan 19 (38%) tingkat aktivitas fisik sedang. Berdasarkan total durasi lama waktu berbaring/ duduk sehari maka didapatkan hasil 15650 menit/hari dengan rerata 313± 117,2 menit/hari. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan aktivitas fisik. Responden dengan kualitas tidur baik memilki aktivitas fisik normal 2,7 kali dibandingkan responden dengan kualitas tidur buruk.
