PELATIHAN PENENTUAN STRATEGI BISNIS DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PENJUALAN PADA TOKO LANGGENG JAYA DI BEKASI

Abstract
The survival of a business is carried out through adjustments to changing conditions that occur at the present time. To win the competition, a business does not only focus on smooth production, but also pays attention to strategies in marketing its products. Marketing is an important factor and also determines the survival of a business, because failure to market goods will have a bad effect on sales. In general, every shop in running its business activities certainly has the desire for its products to be sold as expected. Strategy is an inseparable part of the business world. Through the right strategy, you can win business competition. Strategy can be formed through a combination of internal and external factors and formulated in a SWOT analysis. Through a SWOT analysis, the characteristics of the main strengths, additional strengths, main weaknesses and additional weaknesses will be obtained based on the analysis of the internal and external environment carried out. SWOT analysis has the potential to advance and develop influenced by how institutions utilize external influences as additional strengths and local from within that can be maximized. The program carried out is in the form of determining the strategy of the Langgeng Jaya Store in Jakarta. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide input to the Langgeng Jaya Store in determining strategy through a SWOT analysis approach by connecting internal and external factors. Through the right business strategy, it can ultimately increase sales and even win the competition.
ABSTRAK
Kelangsungan hidup suatu usaha dilakukan melalui penyesuaian dengan perubahan kondisi yang terjadi pada saat sekarang ini. Untuk memenangkan persaingan, suatu usaha tidak hanya menitikberatkan pada kelancaran produksi saja, namun juga memperhatikan strategi dalam memasarkan produknya. Pemasaran merupakan faktor yang penting dan turut menentukan kelangsungan hidup bagi suatu usaha, sebab kegagalan dalam memasarkan barang akan berakibat buruk bagi penjualan. Pada umumnya setiap toko dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya tentu mempunyai keinginan agar produknya dapat terjual seperti yang diharapkan. Strategi merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam dunia usaha. Melalui strategi yang tepat maka dapat memenangkan persaingan bisnis. Strategi dapat dibentuk melalui kombinasi faktor internal dan eksternal dan dirumuskan dalam analisis SWOT. Melalui analisis SWOT akan didapatkan karakteristik dari kekuatan utama, kekuatan tambahan, kelemahan utama dan kelemahan tambahan berdasarkan analisa lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang dilakukan. Analisis SWOT berpotensi untuk dapat maju dan berkembang dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana institusi memanfaatkan pengaruh dari luar sebagai kekuatan tambahan serta pengaruh lokal dari dalam yang bisa lebih dimaksimalkan. Program yang dilakukan ini berupa penentuan strategi Toko Langgeng Jaya di Jakarta. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada Toko Langgeng Jaya dalam penentuan strategi melalui pendekatan analisis SWOT dengan menghubungkan faktor internal dan eksternal. Melalui strategi bisnis yang tepat maka pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan penjualan bahkan memenangi persaingan.
