Abstract

In this modern era, competition in the culinary industry has become increasingly fierce, driven by the rising consumer demand for practical and instant products. Glacie Dessert, a business operating in the culinary field offering desserts through a pre-order system, strives to meet this demand by providing products with a soft texture, cold temperature, and sweet taste. However, as competition intensifies, Glacie Dessert is required to adopt well-planned strategies to maintain customer loyalty. This Student Creativity Program (PKM) is designed to support Glacie Dessert in addressing these challenges by implementing various initiatives, including product innovation, improving service quality, and applying modern marketing techniques. The main issue faced by this business is how to effectively maintain customer loyalty amid increasing market competition. The methods used to address this problem include developing more diverse product variations to attract a broader range of consumers, improving customer service quality to ensure high satisfaction, and strategically utilizing social media platforms to expand marketing reach. The results of these efforts include increased customer loyalty, as evidenced by higher sales volumes and frequent repeat purchases. With the right strategies, accompanied by regular evaluation and continuous improvement, Glacie Dessert is expected to remain competitive in the modern market and successfully maintain a strong and loyal customer base in the long term.
