GAMBARAN ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS CIKUPA

Abstrak

Anemia is a condition where the hemoglobin concentration (Hb), erythrocyte count or hematocrit (Ht) levels are lower than normal and insufficient to meet physiological needs. WHO determines anemia if the Hb level is < 11 g/dL or Ht < 33%, as well as postpartum anemia if the Hb is < 10 g/dL. Based on WHO in 2011, the prevalence of anemia in pregnancy worldwide was 38.2%, with the highest incidence in the Southeast Asia region, namely 48.7%. Indonesia is ranked 5th with the highest anemia rate in pregnant women in the Southeast Asia region. Cikupa Health Center has a total of 2702 pregnant women in 2023, with an incidence of anemia of 306 people (11.32%). Data shows that 6 out of 10 villages experienced a significant increase in the number of anemia sufferers among pregnant women. There is a difference in the average percentage of anemia sufferers of 6.71% between December 2023 and January 2024 with a P-value of 0.06. The average knowledge of respondents is 56.17%, the attitude of respondents is 57.66%, and the behavior of respondents amounting to 65.22%. Because data is still lacking, it is recommended to hold activities that can increase knowledge and change respondents' attitudes which will result in changes in behavior.


ABSTRAK


Anemia merupakan kondisi dimana kadar konsentrasi hemoglobin (Hb), jumlah eritrosit atau hematokrit (Ht) lebih rendah dari normal dan tidak cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis. WHO menentukan anemia ditentukan jika kadar Hb < 11 g/dL atau Ht < 33 %, serta anemia pasca salin jika didapatkan Hb < 10 g/dL. Berdasarkan WHO pada tahun 2011, prevalensi anemia pada kehamilan di seluruh dunia adalah 38,2%, dengan kejadian paling tinggi di wilayah Asia Tenggara, yaitu 48,7%. Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke-5 dengan angka anemia tertinggi pada ibu hamil di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Puskesmas Cikupa memiliki total ibu hamil sebanyak 2702 orang di tahun 2023, dengan kejadian anemia 306 orang (11.32%). Data menunjukkan 6 desa dari 10 desa mengalami kenaikan jumlah penderita  anemia pada ibu hamil yang cukup signifikan. Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata persentase penderita anemia sebesar 6,71 % antara Desember 2023 dan Januari 2024 dengan nilai P-value sebesar 0,06.Rata-rata pengetahuan responden sebesar 56, 17 %, sikap responden 57,66 %, dan perilaku responden sebesar 65,22 %. Karena data yang masih kurang tersebut, maka disarankan untuk mengadakan kegiatan yang dapat menambah pengetahuan yang dapat mengubah sikap responden yang akan berakibat perubahan perilaku.
