Abstract

Transformative learning awareness is an individual's self-understanding to learn something in order to make changes in the present and in the future. Transformative awareness encourages individuals to overcome their own shortcomings by improving their academic abilities so that they can be used to face a better life in the future. This community service activity involved a number of teenage students at SMK Y in Jakarta. The implementation method is through pre-test - post-test one group. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires given during the pre-test and post-test, namely the academic self-efficacy questionnaire. Data analysis using the mean difference test between pre-test and post-test. It was found that there was a difference in the mean score between the pre-test and post-test (Pre-test Mean Score < Post-Test Mean Score). Transformative learning awareness training activities have a cognitive influence on academic self-efficacy among adolescent students at SMK Y Jakarta

Kesadaran belajar transformatif ialah sebuah pemahaman diri individu untuk belajar sesuatu agar dapat melakukan perubahan di masa kini maupun di masa depan. Kesadaran transformatif mendorong individu untuk mengatasi kekurangan diri-sendiri dengan meningkatkan kemampuan akademik agar dapat dipergunakan menghadapi kehidupan yang lebih baik di masa depan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan sejumlah remaja siswa di SMK Y di Jakarta. Metode pelaksanaan melalui pre-test  - post-test one group. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diberikan pada saat pre-test dan post-test yaitu dengan kuesioner academic self-efficacy. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji beda rerata antara pre-test dan post-test. Ditemukan ada perbedaan nilai rerata antara pre-test dengan post-test (Nilai Rerata Pre-test < Nilai rerata Post-Test). Kegiatan pelatihan kesadaran belajar transformatif memberi pengaruh secara kognitif terhadap academic self-efficacy pada remaja siswa SMK Y Jakarta.
